Returning Doctor from January 2025
From January 2025 we will be able to take New Patients for Dr Manda Hoghooghi our returning Female GP. Dr Manda will be working 4 and 1/2 days per week - Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday (Telehealth only) Thursday, Friday. Online Bookings will be available from January. Bookings can be made online or via reception on 0357 831522 Please note that we are a mixed billing clinic - Bulkbilling is only available to Pensioners, Concession Card holders and children Under 16 years of age. Private billings require payment on the day, no invoice/accounts will be issued.

MyMedicare
You may be asked if you would like to link your Healthcare to this Practice through MyMedicare. This can be done at reception or through your MyGov account. Information regarding this program is available online or at reception. We encourage you to sign up to the MyMedicare program as it formalises your relationship with your GP and can allow us to bill for certain Medicare Item numbers.

Appointments
Please book an appointment that suits your needs - standard length appointments of 15 minutes are not always long enough to address several issues or treatment. If you are unsure how long you should book please ask reception or the nurse to check and a longer appointment can be made if required. Some issues are not able to be addressed via telehealth appointments. If your doctor is unable to help with all of your requirements in the one appointment, you may be asked to make an appointment at a later date so as not to hold the doctor up for other patients.

Wednesday Telehealth Consults
Dr Manda will be doing Telehealth Consultations on Wednesday mornings for existing patients - appointments can be made online through the website or through HealthEngine or by calling reception on 0357 831522.

NO SHOW FEE
Please note that failure to cancel your appointment will result in a $30 Non Attendance Fee - this can be paid via phone. No further appointments will be made until this fee has been settled. Taking the time to cancel an appointment is not only good manners, it ensures that your GP can see other patients that may be waiting for an available appointment.
